A bit more info about Miles Dowsett
Miles Dowsett is an experienced interface designer and user experience architect with a passion for creating great web experiences. Miles is currently employed by T-Mobile as design team lead in its online experience team. Prior to this he was involved in designing some of the UK's best loved media websites, including the Daily Mail and Evening Standard online, whilst working for Associated New Media.
Miles enjoys evangelising about web standards, design and great end user experiences to anyone who will listen and if that fails he usually posts them to his blog anyway.
